The Datasolver integration lets you look up new companies in the Chamber of Commerce trade register, enrich existing companies with Chamber of Commerce data and keep everything automatically up-to-date through periodic checks.
- Search can be based on different variables such as Chamber of Commerce number, trade name or (part of) address
- In results you get an overview of all known addresses
- You can see business activities in the form of SBI codes and descriptions
- Existing companies in Salesforce can be subsequently enriched with Chamber of Commerce data
- In related lists, all trade names, SBI Activities and Addresses are added
- The system periodically checks for changes in the CoC register
- Changes are displayed in a report
- Updates can be made to account details at the touch of a button
Valuable Chamber of Commerce data in Salesforce
With the Datasolver integration, you easily link your Salesforce environment to the Chamber of Commerce trade register.
Our CoC module allows you to find and manage company information in Salesforce in various ways. Using the search function, you can find companies based on their CoC number, trade name or address details. After searching, you get a complete overview of the found companies. For each company, you can click through to more detailed information. Viewing addresses shows all known business locations. Under activities you will find a complete overview of all business activities, including SBI codes and corresponding descriptions.
Do you already have existing companies in your Salesforce environment? With the Datasolver integration, you can easily enrich them with CoC data, even if they were not originally searched via Datasolver. In the customer card, data is automatically displayed, including:
- The Chamber of Commerce number
- The number of employees
- Status of the office (head office or not)
All trade names, SBI activities and addresses known to the Chamber of Commerce are conveniently displayed in the related lists.
To keep your company data up to date, the tool offers an automatic update function. You can periodically check for changes in the Chamber of Commerce register compared to the information in Salesforce. When there are changes, they are clearly presented in a report. At the press of a button, you update the account details to the most recent situation.

How can I search for new companies?
You can find companies by searching using the Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, trade name, address, or a part of the address.
Can I enrich existing companies with additional information?
Yes, you can easily expand existing records with the information obtained through Datasolver.
How does the automatic periodic check work?
The tool automatically performs checks on previously reviewed companies. If there are changes in the register, they are displayed in a report, which you can use to update the information with a single click.
What data is stored in the customer record?
Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, establishment number, legal form, main/commercial branch, number of employees, trade names, addresses, and SBI codes.
How do I add new SBI codes or trade names to existing companies?
These details are automatically added to the related lists when a company is enriched.
