From quote to delivery: one chain, no separate islands
In manufacturing, every day of lead time and every euro of margin counts. We connect sales, order processing, production planning and service in Salesforce, so you steer in real time on orders, forecasts and customer satisfaction, and build stronger, longer-lasting relationships.
- Open orders 142
- In production 38
- Delivered 310
Sales promises, but production and logistics only see it later
We speak with organisations in your sector every day. These are the challenges we hear time and again, and exactly what we are built for.
- Orders and forecasts don’t match what production and planning can handle
- Complex quotes with configurations and pricing take time and go wrong
- Inventory and lead-time information is spread across separate systems
- Service is reactive: without a central customer and installed-base view it’s firefighting
- Margins per order only become clear afterwards
- Sales forecasts are too unreliable to plan production against

Good to know for your sector
Can Salesforce connect to our ERP system?+
Yes. For Exact Online and Microsoft Business Central we use our own Influx Connectors; other ERP systems are connected via custom integrations. Orders, customers and invoices stay in sync everywhere.
How do sales, production and service get one shared customer view?+
All orders, contracts and service history come together in Salesforce. Every department works with the same up-to-date data, from quote to aftersales.
Can order processing and invoicing be automated?+
Yes. A closed deal automatically becomes an order and invoice via the Billing Platform, including payment follow-up. That saves manual work and errors in administration.
What is a realistic timeline for manufacturers?+
An implementation with an ERP connection is usually planned in phases of a few weeks, so production keeps running. We start with a free assessment.
