Give customers and partners their own space, in your brand
Salesforce Experience Cloud lets you build branded portals for customers, partners and employees. From self-service knowledge bases to dealer or customer portals that let you serve hundreds of relationships at scale, without burdening your support team.
Less support load, higher customer satisfaction
Every support ticket a customer can resolve themselves via a portal is one less for your team. Experience Cloud provides the building blocks for a portal that looks professional, integrates seamlessly with your Salesforce data and genuinely helps customers move forward.
We build portals for a range of use cases: customers viewing their own cases, contracts and invoices; partners registering deals and receiving leads; employees handling HR processes through self-service.
- Customer portals with case and contract visibility
- Partner portals for deal registration and lead distribution
- Knowledge bases and self-service FAQs that reduce support load
- Fully in your brand identity, on your domain

How we get it done
Use-case definition
We determine which portal type delivers most value and which audience it is primarily intended for.
Architecture & permissions
Setup of portal structure, user profiles, object and field permissions, and login flow.
Build & styling
We build the pages in Experience Builder, apply your brand identity and build the required components.
Testing & go-live
UAT with end users, performance checks and go-live with support.
The partner that gets the job done
We combine deep Salesforce expertise with a practical approach, and stay involved until you see real results.
Your brand, your portal
We build portals that look professional and fit seamlessly with the rest of your digital environment, with no generic Salesforce look.
Built on your data
The portal shows real-time data from your Salesforce environment. No synchronisation hassle, no outdated information.
Lower support load
A well-built portal structurally reduces incoming tickets. We measure the baseline and demonstrate the impact.
Good to know
What is the difference between Experience Cloud and a regular website?+
An Experience Cloud portal is connected to your Salesforce data. Customers see their own cases, contracts or invoices in real time: something a regular website cannot offer. For Staff Capital we built a portal where clients see in real time what is happening with their own workforce.
Can customers create cases through the portal?+
Yes. Case management is one of the most-used Experience Cloud features. Customers create a case, track the status and communicate with your team, all in the same portal.
Is Experience Cloud suitable for a partner network?+
Absolutely. Partner Community is one of three standard Experience Cloud templates and offers deal registration, lead distribution and MDF management out of the box.
How long does it take to build a portal?+
A simple customer portal is live within 6–8 weeks. More complex portals with custom components and integrations take 3–5 months. Schedule a call for an estimate. For MULTA Casting, for example, we built two fully pixel-perfect communities, one for candidates and one for clients.
