They deliver both offline (magazines) and online content, events, and marketing services, acting as a partner for both information provision and advertising campaigns.
The Challenge
MYbusinessmedia wanted to undergo a large-scale transformation toward digital operations. Many processes were traditionally organized (think paper magazines and fragmented workflows), with data scattered across silos. Employees lacked visibility and collaboration; information was fragmented, without a central overview of key processes such as subscriptions, invoicing, and communication.

Launch of a WordPress portal where trade journal content and advertisements are available online.
Smart integration: through Account Engagement forms, new subscribers can register online. These are automatically pushed into Salesforce, where subscriptions, recurring invoicing, and membership rights are activated.
