The challenge
Building a system and platform to guide internal staff through the many steps involved in assisting different clients. These are different trajectories where each client has different requirements when preparing a file.
The system should therefore mainly help in taking the right steps, automate recurring processes and provide an overview of the large amounts of information recorded per client.
Above all, it should also be a system that supports the work process, saves time and connects to important business processes such as financial administration.
Our solution
Through several sessions at the client’s location, we have become very clear about where the needs of Solvid Entrepreneurship lie. Namely: Project-based work, with a diversity of different processes, with a high degree of flexibility and a great need for automation of repetitive processes.
This includes things like reminders for following up on important deadlines, generating client-specific documents and filling client files using predefined templates.
The integration with Sharepoint makes it possible to make use of the existing document library and also have access from Sharepoint to the documents stored in Salesforce.
Both clients and customers also have access to a personal environment connected to Salesforce to consult information or independently add or change files. This prevents error proneness and provides insight and transparency for your cooperation partners.
As icing on the cake, Clients can make use of their own E-Learning Platform where they can follow learning modules in order to grow faster in their entrepreneurial steps. For each Client, Solvid Ondernemen can see which modules have been followed and what the results were.
